How does a casting like this work?

The powder is mixed with water into a paste, poured into the tub and the erect penis pushed into it. The mould sets within a few minutes, and the silicone goes in afterwards.

How tightly does the harness have to sit?

Tight enough that nothing shifts and loose enough that the straps do not cut in. Adjust it standing, not lying down.

How is it cleaned?
