Who should not use electro stimulation?

Not people with a pacemaker, other electronic implants or heart problems, not in the time around a birth and not with metal in the body. The current never flows above the waist and never across the chest. Start on the lowest setting; in case of doubt the function stays off, and the vibration works on its own too.

How are the buttons laid out?

The remote has three buttons one below the other: off at the top, vibration in the middle, electro stimulation at the bottom. On the device itself a further button sits on the small nub; it switches on and off and controls the vibration.

How securely does it sit without straps?

That depends on you. It is held only by the internal part and your pelvic floor muscles, and with vigorous movement it can slip out. Close-fitting briefs over it can help.
