By four suspender straps with clips, two at the front and two at the back. Small sliders adjust them in length; set too tight, the belt is pulled downwards.

First close the belt and straighten it, then roll up the stockings one at a time and draw them over the legs. Finally hook the clips onto the wide band, the front ones first, then the back ones.
