What belongs to the set?

Two pieces: the body with the leg straps worked onto it, and the thong. The straps cannot be removed; they are part of the body, not a separate belt.

What does one size mean here?

It corresponds to about EU 34 to 40. The lace bands at the thigh sit at different heights depending on the leg; they cannot be adjusted.

What are the leg straps for?

They draw the line of a suspender belt on the skin but hold nothing: there are no clips on the straps. If you want to wear stockings with it, go for hold-ups.

Is the body opaque?

No, it is lace: the pattern catches the eye first, and the skin stays visible. On top of that come the open areas at bust, belly, back and bottom.
