Do you need a suspender belt with it?

No. The lower piece brings its own suspender part; it sits at the waist and runs through the straps straight into the stockings. A second belt would only be another layer.

Do the stones hold?

They are glued on. Hand wash, no spin cycle and no fabric softener - that dissolves the glue.

How do you put it on without damaging it?
