The Collin thong by Passion Men is made of fine black tulle with a check pattern of lines that look as if they were dashed. The pouch is shaped with a seam down the middle and trimmed in black. What is the second band for?

It sets a graphic accent and spreads the hold at the hips over two bands. A strip of skin stays bare between the broad and the narrow band, and that is intended.
