Clean'n'Safe by Joydivision is an alcohol-free cleaning spray for toys made of plastic, latex, silicone and leather. The small bottle with a spray head fits in a bedside drawer or a toiletry bag. Using it takes hardly longer than rinsing itself: spray it on, leave it for about a minute, rinse with clear water and let the toy air-dry. ❓ FAQ

How do you treat leather?

Spray sparingly and wipe with a soft cloth instead of soaking the leather. Afterwards it dries in the air, not on the radiator.

What about toys with a motor?

Only spray the parts that touch the body, and keep the charging port and battery compartment dry. If the toy is not waterproof, take the residue off with a damp cloth instead of holding it under the tap.

Are water and soap not enough?

On smooth surfaces often yes. The spray shows its strength on grooves, nubs and seams that soap hardly reaches, and it is quicker when a toy needs to be clean in between.

Should you test the spray first?

On delicate or printed surfaces a quick test on an inconspicuous spot makes sense. If nothing has changed once it is dry, you can treat the whole toy.

Does the cleaner replace a condom when sharing?

No. If you share a toy made of porous material with someone, pull a fresh condom over it and change it before the other person's turn.

How often should you clean?

Before using a new toy for the first time and after every use. That way neither manufacturing residue nor leftovers from last time end up in your next session.

How do you store the bottle?

Closed, upright and out of the reach of children, ideally at room temperature. Wipe the spray head now and then so that it does not get sticky.
