Does it replace water and soap?

For in between, yes. After use it stays with a thorough wash with lukewarm water and mild soap, especially with porous materials like TPE, where whatever is not rinsed out stays in the pores.

Is it enough when switching between two people?

No. A fresh condom over the toy belongs there, and the same goes for switching from anal to vaginal. Condoms are under condoms.

Why alcohol-free?
