The Excite Toy & Body Cleaner with tea tree oil is a cleaning spray for sex toys and for the skin. The clear bottle with a green label has a silver spray head, and the liquid inside is clear. On the label the Excite lettering runs vertically, with toy&body Cleaner on a green band below it. It is free of fragrance and hydroquinone, is not sticky and leaves no stains. How do you use the spray?

Spray the toy all over after use, leave the spray on briefly and then wipe it off with a clean, lint-free cloth. Afterwards the toy dries completely in the air before it goes back in the drawer.

Does it replace water and soap?

For in between, the spray is handy. A toy gets properly clean with lukewarm water and mild soap, though. That applies above all to porous materials such as TPE, whose pores keep whatever is not rinsed out.

May it go on the skin?

Yes, it is meant for that as well. Tea tree oil is, however, one of the common contact allergens. So test the spray first on a small patch of skin, for example the inside of your elbow, and do not spray it on irritated or broken skin, on mucous membranes or into the eyes. If it burns or itches, wash it off.

Is it enough when switching between two people?

No. A fresh condom goes over the toy for that, and likewise when switching from anal to vaginal. You will find suitable ones under condoms.

How do you store toys afterwards?

Dry and apart from each other. Soft materials take on colour from each other when they lie together, so a dark toy can stain a light one. More cleaning products are under sex toy cleaner.

How do you keep the spray?

Closed, cool and out of direct sunlight, out of the reach of children. After opening, the shelf-life note on the bottle applies.
