How long does the effect last?

A temporary swelling of a few minutes up to an hour, depending on intensity. A pump changes nothing permanently, nor is it meant to.

Why do I need lubricant at the rim?

Because the vacuum only forms when the rim sits tight on the skin. A drop of water-based lubricant is enough; without it the pump draws air instead of sucking.

What does the tongue stimulator do?

It sits inside the cup and flicks in rhythm against the spot being drawn in. Suction and stroking thus arrive at the same time.

When do I have to stop?

After twenty minutes at the latest, sooner with pain, numbness or dark discoloration. More pressure brings no better result, only more risk.
