The Power Head Petal Teaser attachment by Baile slips over the head of a massage wand: the wand delivers the power, the attachment decides where it arrives. It is a flat, densely nubbed leaf for resting on and not for insertion; the nubs spread the vibration over a broad area instead of onto one point. What matters most before buying is the head diameter of your wand: an attachment that is too large slips and one that is too small will not go over, so measure first. Use water-based lubricant, because oil and silicone oil attack soft plastic. What an attachment cannot do: it does not make the wand weaker or quieter. If the lowest setting is too much, a towel between head and skin helps more than any attachment.
