Crisco – two tins of fat for fisting 🖐️

Crisco carries two articles here, and both are the same product in two sizes: vegetable fat as a lubricant, once with 453 g and once with 1,360 g. Among fisting fans it is a classic, because it stays thick and does not dry out.

The two sizes 📏

To try it there is the fisting lubricant with 453 g, as a supply the anal butter with 1,360 g – see anal and fisting lubricant, fisting dildos and extreme dildos.

Why fat and not gel?

Because it does not evaporate. Water-based gel dries out and turns sticky instead of slippery – during a session that runs an hour or longer you are topping up constantly. Fat stays as it is until you wash it off. That is exactly why this consistency caught on for fisting. More in the guide to anal and fisting lubricant.

The decisive catch: latex

Fat is oil-based, and oil destroys latex within minutes. The condom looks untouched and tears anyway. Anyone playing with condoms or wearing latex gloves cannot use this product – then there is no way around a water-based lubricant. The same goes for the latex gloves that are often involved in fisting. See also condoms.

And what about toys?

Fat has no business on silicone either – it makes the surface dull and tacky over time. On glass, stainless steel and skin it is unproblematic. Anyone using silicone toys therefore has to change either the material or the lubricant. More in the article sex toy materials compared.

How do you get it off again?

With soap, not with water alone. Fat is not water-soluble – cold water only spreads it around. Warm water and a mild soap dissolve it reliably. In textiles it is stubborn to permanent: what lands on bed linen often stays as a ring. A wipeable tray saves more trouble here than any washing machine.

What is not in the data sheet?

The ingredients. Neither article has a composition on file, only “vegetable fat”. On a product that goes onto mucous membranes over a large area, that is the decisive detail – it is on the tin. On lasting burning, itching or bleeding, get it checked by a doctor.

How is it stored?

Cool, dark and closed. Vegetable fats turn rancid over time, and opened bulk tins keep less long than unopened ones. Important with an open tin: do not reach into it with the hand you have just been using. Use a clean spoon or spatula, otherwise germs travel into the supply and stay there. Do not put anything back that has had skin contact.

How is it delivered?

Neutrally and discreetly. We ship in an unprinted box with no reference to the contents, and the sender details give nothing away either. Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs, with no minimum order value.
