Less than the name promises. The largest article measures 18 cm, the thickest 8 cm – that sits in the normal range. What is extreme is rather the construction of individual pieces: the inflatable plug that grows inside the body, and the spider gag that holds the mouth open. Anyone genuinely after large measurements will do better in extreme dildos or excessive length.

What should you watch with an inflatable plug?

That it grows inside the body more easily than it shrinks again. Inflate in small steps and only as far as it stays comfortable – the temptation to squeeze “just once more” is exactly the problem. Which measurements and materials are on file?

Eleven of the 17 articles carry a measurement in the data sheet, six do not – among them, of all things, the cock cage, where the fit decides everything. Eight articles are TPE, two silicone, two metal; on four the detail is missing. TPE is not non-porous – there a condom over the toy is the simpler solution. How is it cared for?

Rinse masturbators out from the inside after every use, clean them with a mild cleaner and let them dry completely before putting them away – residual moisture inside is the main problem with TPE.
