Is this any good for getting started?
Yes, that is what the range is made for. A paddle, a blindfold and a pair of clamps cover almost exactly what most people begin with: light strikes, sensory deprivation and a bit of pressure. None of it demands experience, all of it demands agreement.
How do you start with a paddle?

How long may nipple clamps stay on?
Not long. Ten to fifteen minutes is plenty at first, and taking them off hurts more than putting them on – because the blood comes back. So release them slowly and keep the spot warm afterwards. At any numbness or discolouration they come off at once. More in the article on nipple clamps.
What measurements are on file?
For three of the six items: 27.5 cm for the round paddle, 68.5 cm for the blindfold and 10 cm for the butt plug. On the plug, though, the measurement field holds four numbers in a row – presumably the diameters at different points. Go by the product description there.
How is it cared for?
The silicone plug and the love balls with warm water, mild soap or a toy cleaner, then dried completely; use water-based lubricant with them, because a silicone-based one attacks the surface.
