🧘 Sexercise – love balls as a kegel wand

From Sexercise we currently carry one item: the love balls kegel wand at 12.5 x Ø 4 cm made of ABS and silicone, for pelvic floor training. The full selection is under love balls.

💪 What pelvic floor training achieves

The pelvic floor is a muscle like any other and can be trained just the same. A stronger pelvic floor holds better what should be held, and many people describe it as a more intense sensation during sex. After giving birth, targeted training is standard anyway – though then in consultation with a midwife or doctor.

🎯 Why a wand instead of balls

Classic love balls work with weight and movement, a kegel wand with a defined shape you tense against. That makes the exercise more conscious: you notice whether you are using the right muscle, rather than just carrying something. What sets the two designs apart is explained in our guide to love balls.

How do I train properly?

Tense, hold, consciously release – releasing is the part most people skip. Short sessions several times a week achieve more than one long one. Concrete exercises are described in our article on pelvic floor training and kegel exercises.

How long should a session last?

Ten to fifteen minutes to start with. A muscle that tires is no longer training but only cramping – and a cramped pelvic floor causes more problems than a weak one. Increasing comes later.

Which lubricant do I need?

Only water-based lubricant, because the contact surface is silicone. A little of it makes insertion considerably more comfortable, particularly in the first weeks.

What does ABS with silicone mean?

The hard ABS core carries the technology and the shape, the soft silicone sleeve rests against the body. Silicone is non-porous, takes on body heat and can be cleaned completely – with an item worn regularly, that is the decisive point.

How do I clean it?

Before and after every use with warm water and a toy cleaner, then let it dry completely. With a training device used more often than a toy, that counts double.

When should I not train?

During a period, with an infection, with pain, and in pregnancy without medical advice. If something pinches or burns, that is not a training stimulus – then you stop.

What else goes with it?

Gentle models to try out are under gentle sex toys, the full selection for her under sex toys for women.

How long until you notice something?

Several weeks. A muscle does not build up in days, whichever one it is. Anyone who stops after a week because nothing is happening stops exactly when it starts to work – regularity counts for more here than intensity.

Can you train too much?

Yes. A permanently tensed pelvic floor causes pain during sex and when urinating. Releasing belongs to the training as much as tensing does – anyone who only tenses trains themselves a problem.

Do you notice the wand in everyday life?

A training device is not meant to be worn continuously, unlike classic love balls. Use it for the session and take it out afterwards.

How should I store it?

Dry, dust-free and on its own, ideally in a pouch. Silicone surfaces should not rest permanently against other soft materials, because they otherwise react with each other.

How is it delivered?

Neutrally and discreetly. We ship in an unprinted box with no reference to the contents, and the sender details give nothing away either. Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs, with no minimum order value.
