Sheer Glyde – six latex dental dams 🛡️

Sheer Glyde makes exactly one product, in six versions: dental dams made of latex. Each pack holds four, and each sheet measures 25 x 15 cm. They are laid flat as a barrier during oral sex – making them the counterpart to the condom for everything that involves the mouth.

Five flavours and one plain 🍓

Five of the six versions are flavoured, one comes without. If the taste of latex bothers you, pick a flavoured sheet; if it does not, take the plain one.

How do you use a dental dam?

You lay it flat over the area to be protected and hold it there. It is not stretched, not turned over and not reused – one sheet per session. It also matters that the same side stays facing up, so the barrier does what it is meant to do.

Which lubricant works with latex?

Water-based only. Oil- and silicone-based products attack latex and make the barrier permeable – the same rule applies to condoms. Suitable gels are listed under water-based lubricant; our condom guide covers the rest.

Does a dental dam replace a condom?

No. A dam is a flat barrier for oral sex and cannot be rolled on. For anything else you still need a condom – you will find both in our drugstore.

How should the sheets be stored?

Cool, dry and out of sunlight. Latex ages, so it is worth checking the expiry date on the pack before use.

How is it delivered?
