Why latex-free?

Because of latex allergy – it is more common than people think and shows up as burning, redness or itching. How safe are latex-free condoms?

Just as safe, provided they fit properly and are stored properly – that decides more than the material does. Which lubricant goes with them?

With latex-free condoms both water- and silicone-based gels are unproblematic – unlike latex, which tolerates no oils. The simplest choice is still water-based lubricant, because it is also compatible with every toy material. Greasy creams and massage oils are never part of it.

What is a female condom for?

It is inserted before sex and protects just like a conventional condom – only the receiving person wears it. That is practical when a partner will not or cannot use one, and it can be put in some time in advance. Handling it takes a try or two; give it one calm test run before it matters.

How big are the condoms?

On record are widths of 60 mm for the models for him and 65 mm for the two female condoms; for three items the figure is missing entirely. Width is the number that decides – too tight presses and is more likely to tear, too wide slips. If standard condoms do not fit, a measuring aid helps more than trial and error.
