The Ergoflo premium tip by PerfectFitBrand is a replacement tip for Ergoflo anal douches. It is black, rigid and slim, with an evenly round, smooth shaft and a rounded end. At the bottom there is an external thread with the word ergoflo embossed above it; you screw it onto the connector of the douche with it. A narrow, stepped collar sits between the thread and the shaft. The douche itself is not included, you only get the tip. It comes in a silver foil pouch with a blue header and a water splash motif. How do you use it?
