The Adhesive Push-up Pads from the Basics range by Bye Bra are lightweight, self-adhesive inserts for the bra. They are kidney-shaped and slightly curved; one side has a heart-shaped, slightly glossy adhesive area with a narrow fabric border, the other side is covered in light, soft fabric. Push-up inserts work on a simple principle: they push what is there upward and inward. How much shows therefore depends on what is there anyway. They come as a pair on a hanging card. They sit under for the top, under lingerie for women and in our lingerie section.

How do I put them in?

Easiest with the bra on: slide the pad into the cup from below and press it on firmly. Then check in the mirror that both sides sit at the same height.

Does the adhesive side go on the skin?

No. It sticks to the inside of the cup; the fabric side faces the skin.

Where does it go in the bra?

At the lower outer edge. Placed centrally under the breast it pushes forward instead of up.

How are they cleaned?

With warm water and mild soap, then air dried. Not in the machine and not on a radiator. Only rinse the adhesive area under water with your fingers, do not rub it.

Do the pads stay in place?

The adhesive surface keeps them where you put them. Keep it clean and free of lint, otherwise the grip weakens.

Can I wear just one pad?

Yes. If one side is slightly smaller, put a pad in on that side only to even out the difference.

How do I store them?

Flat with the adhesive side up, so it does not stick to other laundry.
