Which water temperature is right?

Lukewarm, roughly body temperature. Cold water triggers cramps, water that is too warm irritates the mucous membrane, and you notice either only once it is too late. Check the temperature on your wrist, as with a baby bottle, before filling the bulb.

How much water belongs inside?

May soap go into the water?
