How warm and how strong?

Lukewarm and weak. Hot water burns the mucous membrane before you notice, and too much pressure can injure - the bowel is not built for it. Check the temperature on your wrist before filling, and squeeze the balloon slowly.

Why a balloon and not a shower attachment?
