Is that length not dangerous?

It can be, if used wrongly. Deep rinsing belongs in experienced hands, because further up you can no longer feel what is happening; on top of that, rinsing too often leaches the mucous membrane. How is it connected?

It screws onto the shower hose in place of the shower head - the usual half-inch thread fitted in Germany. That is the essential difference from an enema ball: you have running warm water, but you control the pressure at the tap and not with your hand.

How warm and how strong?
