Does the adapter fit every shower?

On the usual European hoses yes, because the connection is standardised. The shower head is simply unscrewed and the attachment takes its place. On fixed rain showers without a hose it does not work.

How much water belongs inside?

As little as possible. For the lower rectum two to three hundred millilitres of lukewarm water are enough, and there should be no more than two passes. Anyone flushing too much and too often washes out the gut flora and irritates the mucous membrane.

How warm may the water be?

Hand-warm, not hot. The rectum senses temperature less well than the skin, so water that is too hot is only noticed once it is too late. Testing on the wrist is the safe route, as with a baby's bottle.

How is it cleaned?

Warm water and toy cleaner, keeping clear of the charging contacts and letting it dry completely. The only lubricant that belongs with it is water-based lubricant, because silicone-based products attack the surface.
