How do you start with it?

Slowly and with plenty of lubricant, because the rectum produces none of its own. Let the tip glide in instead of pushing, and give the muscle time to open around the widest point; behind it the plug slips into the narrow neck and sits by itself. Which lubricant fits?

How do you care for the pompom?

Separately from the plug. Take it off before washing, because it must not get wet: wet fibres mat and dry stiff. Just shake it out and fluff it up carefully with your fingers if needed. When storing it, put nothing on top of it, otherwise it gets flattened.

How is the plug cleaned?

After every use, wash the plug without the pompom with lukewarm water and toy cleaner and let it dry completely before you put the pompom back on or charge it. Silicone is non-porous, nothing stays behind in the surface; it cannot be boiled because of the motor. Store it on its own, not between other toys.
