What does the constant thickness achieve?

Predictability. With a cone the girth grows with every centimetre; here it stays the same. You therefore decide about the depth alone and do not have to work against increasing width at the same time, which makes stretching calmer. The appeal then lies in even pressure rather than in progress.

Does it stay seated without a pronounced waist?

Less firmly than a classic plug. Above the foot the shape does pull in a little, but for hours of wear the cone models with a deep waist are the better choice. For active use it makes no difference, because the hand stays on the foot anyway.

Who is it suitable for?

How do I care for it?
