How much suction is reasonable?

Very little. Negative pressure at the anus draws delicate tissue into the cylinder and can damage it. Stay at the lowest values the display shows and do not increase just because it still works.

How long may the cylinder draw suction?

Only briefly. Release the air after a few minutes and give the tissue a break. Release the air at once at pain, numbness, cold, dark discolouration or blood; then you are done for that day.

How do you put the set in place?
