How is the bottle filled?

Unscrew the pump head, fill, screw it back on. Fill lukewarm water to just below the neck and screw the head firmly back on so that nothing leaks while pumping. Then pump a few times into the basin until water comes out of the nozzle; that clears the air from the tube.

How do you hold everything during use?

One hand on the nozzle, one on the pump head. You can hold the bottle or stand it on a firm surface within reach; the long tube gives you the distance you need. That way you do not have to twist yourself to pump.

What matters when rinsing?

Lukewarm, slow and with little water. Check the temperature on your wrist beforehand and fill in clear water only, with no additives, so no soap and no rinse. Coat the nozzle with lubricant and insert it gently, without force. Pump only a few times, let the water out again before you go on, and do not rinse more often than necessary. Stop at once if it hurts.

Which lubricant suits it?

A water-based one. It clings well to the smooth nozzle and washes off with water afterwards. Silicone-based lubricant should not go on the silicone tube.

How is the pump bottle cleaned?

Every part separately. After use, pump warm, clear water through the head, tube and nozzle until it comes out clean. Then unscrew the head, wash the bottle and nozzle with mild soap and let everything dry in the open, the tube hanging.
