Does the whole filling have to go in at once?

No. Especially with this volume it is better to release the water in several small portions and let it out again in between. Squeeze the bulb slowly and with little pressure.

How do you fill the bulb?

Squeeze it, hold the tip in lukewarm water and let go, and it draws the water in. With the tip unscrewed you fill it faster, directly at the tap. Before inserting, point the tip upwards and squeeze out the air until water comes.

Which water do you use?

Clear, lukewarm tap water without additives. Soap, shower gel, salt and hot water do not go in.

How do you insert the tip?

With a little lubricant from the anal and fisting lubricant range and very slowly. Push the rigid tip in only as far as it goes without resistance; stop if it hurts.

How often should you rinse?

Only before sex and not every day, because frequent rinsing can irritate the mucous membrane.

How is the douche cleaned?

Unscrew the tip, rinse both parts with warm water and a little mild soap, squeeze the remaining water out of the bulb and let everything air dry separately. Only screw it back together once both parts are dry.
