How do I use it?

Fill the bulb with water and put a little lubricant on the tip. Insert it slowly and only as far as feels comfortable, then squeeze the bulb gently and evenly. Pull the tip out before you let go of the bulb, and then empty yourself calmly on the toilet.

How much water, and how warm?

Less rather than more: one filling is often enough, and you repeat the process if needed. Check the temperature on your wrist first; the water should feel lukewarm, never hot and never cold.
