How do you use the bulb?

Squeeze the bulb, hold the nozzle in lukewarm water and slowly let go, and it fills itself. With a little lubricant on the tip you insert the nozzle gently and release the water very slowly. Take the nozzle out before you let go of the bulb again, so that it does not suck anything back.

What should you watch for when rinsing?

Use only clear, lukewarm water without additives, never hot or cold, and squeeze with little pressure. Do not insert the nozzle deeper than necessary and never against resistance. Do not rinse too often in a row and do not make rinsing a daily habit; stop at once if there is pain or blood.
