No, this is the nozzle only. The matching gels are under anal and fisting lubricant.

Does it fit every bottle?

No. The nozzle has a fixed thread and is made for the bottles of this range. That is exactly what the two sizes differ in: one for the small bottles, the other for the large ones.

How does the gel come out of the nozzle?

By pressing the bottle. It is held tip down and squeezed gently, and the gel comes out at the front. A thick gel needs a little more pressure but then stays where it belongs.

How deep does it go?

A few centimetres are enough, with gel on the tip and never dry. Deeper achieves nothing and only makes it unpleasant. Press slowly, pull out slowly.

How is it cleaned?

After every use, unscrew it, rinse it through with warm water and let it dry open. Residue in the narrow channel is why parts like this smell after a few months.
