How do you use the salt?

Sprinkle the crystals into the warm bath water as it runs and wait until they have dissolved before you get into the tub. That way the salt spreads evenly and you do not sit on undissolved grains. Then you can bathe alone or as a couple.

Does the salt reach the mucous membranes?

Not directly. The salt belongs in the bath water and is not put neat on the skin, into the vagina or on the bottom. If your skin is irritated or broken, skip the salt bath.

What do you watch out for in the tub?
