How do you use the crystals?

Run warm water into the tub and sprinkle the crystals straight under the running tap so they spread quickly and foam up. Stir once with your hand before getting in so no grains stay on the bottom. How much you use depends on the tub and on how much foam and scent you would like.

What should you watch out for in the bath?

The salt is meant for the bath water and does not go directly onto mucous membranes, so neither into the vagina nor into the bottom. If foamy water gets into your eyes, rinse them with clear water.
