What does seamless mean exactly?

The fabric has no seams that show through tight clothing. The edges are cut rather than sewn and do not roll.

Which size fits?

Your usual size. Seamless underwear sits close but should not cut in - a waistband leaving a groove is too small.

How is it washed?

At thirty degrees and without fabric softener. Softener destroys the tension of the elastane, and that tension is what holds the garment in place.

How long does it last?

As long as the elastane keeps its tension - one to several years depending on care. Washed hot and tumble dried, considerably faster.
