The Bra Extender for Open Back by Bye Bra moves the back band lower so it disappears under a low-cut back. That way your usual bra stays in use even when the dress is open at the back. Each extender consists of two narrow, smooth straps, a short one and a long one; small hook strips and eyes sit at their ends. How is the extender fitted?

Attach the hooked ends to the fastening of your bra and run the strap lower across your back. Then adjust the length on the slider so it stays below the neckline.

What does it look like when worn?

At the back the straps form a narrow cross low down and are hooked together where they cross; above it your back stays free up to the shoulders.

Why three?

So there is one ready on several bras and you do not have to move it over every time. The pack holds one adapter each in beige, white and black.

How tight should the strap be?

Tight enough that the bra does not ride up when you raise your arms. If it presses, give it a little more length on the slider.

When is the extender not the answer?

If the dress is open at the back down to the waist or lower, even the low strap shows. Then only a bra without a back band will do, such as a stick-on bra.

How should you store it?

Flat or loosely rolled up in the drawer, with the hooks fastened, so they do not catch on other underwear.

How is it washed?

At thirty degrees without fabric softener, then dry flat and keep it out of the tumble dryer.
