Do the cups fit every size?

Most, because the breast does not have to fit the cup; the rim has to seal. On very large sizes the rim sits higher, and the suction still works.

Do both cups draw equally?

Yes, they hang on the same hose and share the vacuum. Pumping one side alone only works if you take one cup off and close the connection.

How long does the effect last?

A few minutes up to about an hour, depending how long and how strongly you pumped. Nothing changes permanently, and that holds for every pump.

May the skin turn red?

A slight reddening is normal and fades by itself. Dark discoloration, pain or numbness are the sign to release at once.
