Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one. Oil and silicone oil attack rubber, water attacks nothing. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner, then left to dry completely. Porous material gets clean but not sterile, which is why a condom goes over it when switching.

May it be used anally?

Only with the base attached. The rectum has no natural limit, and the sphincter pulls inward whatever it can grip. So the wide base always stays outside, in front of the bottom.
