Which figure decides?

The diameter, not the length. Of the length only as much is used as is comfortable anyway; the girth cannot be dosed.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one. Silicone oil attacks silicone, oil attacks soft plastics; water attacks nothing. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

May it be used anally?

Yes, but only with experience. The suction cup base is wider than the shaft and acts as a stopper; for anal use that is the condition, because the sphincter pulls inward whatever it can grip.

How is it cleaned?

After every use, clean it with mild soap and lukewarm water or a sex toy cleaner and let it dry completely. Then store it somewhere cool and dry, apart from other soft toys.

How does the suction cup hold?

On smooth, sealed surfaces such as tiles, glass or a mirror. Surface and base must be clean and dry; then you press it on firmly. It does not hold on rough or absorbent surfaces such as fabric, wallpaper or untreated wood.
