The Tru Ride from Doc Johnson’s Platinum line is a realistically shaped dildo with a glans ridge, fine veins and moulded testicles that form a flat, wide base underneath. Which figure decides?

Yes, the base is clearly wider than the shaft and acts as a stop. As a rule: only with a wide base or suction cup, because the rectum has no natural limit, and the sphincter pulls inward whatever it can grip; the base is not decoration.
