The Fabric Push-up Breast Enhancer by Bye Bra is not an insert for a bra: it is stuck directly onto the skin and works without a bra at all. Each of the two pads is a round fabric disc with a tab pointing upward. Place the disc on the breast, pull the tab upward until the breast sits the way you want, then press it firmly onto the skin above. This lifts the breast without any strap or band showing; it suits backless, strapless and low-cut dresses and tops. It adds no volume: the pads lift and hold what is there. The hold depends on dry, grease-free skin. Body lotion, oil, deodorant or powder in that area and the adhesive comes loose quickly. Stick the two sides on one after the other and at the same height so the result looks even. Take the pads off slowly, starting at the tab and peeling flat along the skin rather than pulling forward.
