How do you fit the balls?

You press one or two balls into the cradles until they sit firmly. With one ball the whole thing is lighter to wear, with two heavier; you find out for yourself which combination feels comfortable. Only swap them while the holder is outside, never while it is inserted.

How are they inserted and removed?

Insert them vaginally with a little lubricant, and only so deep that you can always reach the retrieval cord safely. The cord always stays outside. To take them out, relax briefly and then pull evenly on the cord, not with a jerk. Anal use is off limits for love balls, because they lack a flared base that stops them from slipping in.

Which lubricant fits?
