How does pelvic floor training with balls work?

Through a reflex. The weight ball inside moves with every step, the body holds against it, and that holding is the training. Tensing consciously is allowed on top but not required.

How long should they be worn at a time?

Twenty to thirty minutes is enough. The pelvic floor is a muscle like any other: it grows stronger from short, regular sessions and only tired from long ones. A whole day achieves nothing and can cause cramping.

Why did the title say Dorado before?

Because the manufacturer names the colour in Spanish. Dorado means golden; in the shop the colour is given in German so the filter finds it and nobody has to look it up.

How is it cleaned?

Warm water and toy cleaner, keeping clear of the charging contacts and letting it dry completely. The only lubricant that belongs with it is water-based lubricant, because silicone-based products attack the surface.
