Which lubricant suits the balls?

A water-based one. A drop on the first ball is enough for it to slide in easily. Silicone-based lubricant can attack the surface of silicone over time, so leave it out.

How do you insert the balls?

One after the other, relaxed and without pressure. Lying down or squatting, the first one slips in most easily and the second follows. The loop then hangs outside and stays within reach at all times.

How long do they stay in the first time?

Only briefly. Walk around for a few minutes and notice how it feels; as soon as anything presses or pulls oddly, they come out. Try longer spells only once everything feels good. They are pulled out slowly and without jerking by the loop.

Are the balls suitable for anal play too?
