Why a set of two pairs?

So you can move up. One pair to start with, a second for later - that is the point of a training set, and both are in the same pack.

Why do the balls differ in weight?

Because that is how the training works. Start lighter, move up heavier: the weight decides how hard the pelvic floor has to hold.

How are love balls worn?

Like a tampon, with the retrieval cord outside. A drop of water-based gel on the first ball, then insert them one after the other; the cord stays outside and is the only way back.

How long do they stay in?
