What does Mini mean?

The balls are smaller than those of the standard-size Luna Beads. If you find smaller balls more comfortable, this version is the right one.

How do you tell the two weights apart?

By the colour: the two pink balls form one pair, the two light blue ones the other. That way you see at once which pair is in the holder.

How do you change the balls?

You press one ball into each of the two rings of the holder until it sits firmly, and pop it out again to change. This is easiest with dry hands.

How do you insert the balls?

Most easily lying down or with one foot on the edge of the bed. Put a few drops of lubricant on them and slowly push in first one ball, then the second. The retrieval loop stays outside and is always within reach.

How long can you wear them?

Start with a short time and only extend it once everything feels comfortable. Take the balls out as soon as something pulls, presses or burns. To remove them, pull slowly and evenly on the loop, without jerking.
