Ten to twenty minutes are enough to start with; over time you can go up to an hour, and the pelvic floor needs breaks in between. Take it out as soon as it becomes uncomfortable. Check the retrieval loop for tears and a firm fit before every use; if it is damaged, the ball stays unused. It is not used anally, because it lacks a flared base.

How do I take it out again?

Relax, ideally lying down or squatting, and pull calmly and evenly on the retrieval loop. There is no need to tug; with a relaxed pelvic floor the ball slides outward by itself.

Which lubricant suits it?

A water-based one, and only a little of it: it makes insertion easier, but too much makes the ball slippery. Silicone-based lubricants attack the silicone. Suitable gels are under water-based lubricant.

How do I care for it?
