Neither shows when trying it on but after two hours sitting down - that is the test no mirror replaces. On sizing, take your own; one size down does not look tauter but leaves grooves. Wash at thirty degrees without softener and dry flat - softener takes the tension out of the elastane, and without tension the brief is just fabric.
