How do you put them on?

Centred and with a clean rim. Place the silicone rim centrally over the nipple, press it on lightly all round and then press the button. A touch of water-based lube on the rim helps it seal; the silicone rim does not tolerate silicone-based lube.

How do you release them?

With air, not with force. Carefully lift the silicone rim at one side with your finger until air flows in. Then the suction eases and the bell comes off by itself. Never tear it off while it still sits firmly.

How long may they stay on?

Only briefly, a few minutes at a time. Build up the suction slowly instead of pressing with full force straight away, and do not put the bells on injured or irritated skin. In case of pain, numbness, discolouration or blisters, release them at once.

How do you clean them?

With warm water and mild soap. Wipe the silicone rim in particular thoroughly, rinse the bells inside and let them dry with the opening facing down. Store them dry and dust-free so that the rim seals cleanly again next time.
