The Elegant Paddle by Ouch! is a plain paddle without lettering, made of grey bonded leather with neoprene. Blade and handle form one continuous, slim shape with a finely grained surface: the rectangular blade with rounded corners narrows into the handle, which widens again slightly at the end, where a thin black cord loop with a knot hangs. What is bonded leather?

Shredded leather fibres pressed into a firm sheet with a binding agent. It looks like leather and feels similar, but it is not genuine leather.
