In what order do I put it on?

While soft, from back to front. First slide the base ring to the base of the penis, then lay the loop loosely around the front of the penis and set the distance only at the end. Take it off in reverse order: shorten the distance, loosen the loop, slide off the ring.

How do I set the distance correctly?

Evenly and in small steps. Turn the nuts on both rods by the same amount so that the holder sits straight. The pull should only be slightly noticeable; as soon as anything presses, pinches or hurts, shorten the distance again at once.
