The Cyber penis pump from Pumped works automatically: a motor in the black head builds up the vacuum, powered by a rechargeable battery. Three round buttons sit one above the other on the head, and the suction can be set to three levels. Below it is the clear cylinder. What is the sleeve for?

It turns the pump into a masturbator. Its inside has a vaginal texture, and it sits at the bottom of the cylinder, right where the penis goes in. If you only want to pump, take it out. Water-based lubricant is kind to the TPE; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.

What do you need to watch while pumping?

Start on the lowest level and hold the suction for a few minutes only. Then let air back in and take a break.
